📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality English instruction to students of all levels, using our proprietary teaching materials and software.
• Provide personalized consultations to students, helping them set and achieve their language learning goals.
• Support branch admins by assisting with student enrollment, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum enhancements.
• Monitor student progress using our student progress tracking system and provide regular feedback to students and branch admins.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment in the branch.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and incorporate them into your lessons.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in English language teaching, either in formal education settings or private language schools.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
• Experience using educational software and tools, such as our custom-built lesson planning and student progress tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
