📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs using advanced medical equipment such as ECG machines, blood pressure monitors, and pulse oximeters.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Document patient information and clinical observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, including nurses, doctors, and other specialists.
• Provide expert guidance and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and ensuring they understand their treatment plans.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiovascular care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in cardiovascular care.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
