- Design and develop engineering solutions for manufacturing, transport, and logistics projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
