📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with vessel captains to ensure smooth docking and undocking procedures.
• Oversee cargo handling operations, ensuring timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Manage logistics operations, including the scheduling and routing of cargo.
• Monitor and maintain port equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.
• Provide operational support to the port management team.
• Conduct regular inspections of port facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations or a related field.
• Certification in Port Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using port management software such as Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) and Cargo Handling System (CHS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with maritime safety and security protocols.
