📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of 5-7 finance professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
Oversee financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models using tools like SAP and Oracle.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Implement and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
