📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services.
• Develop and maintain facility management systems and documentation.
• Provide training and support to facility staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering and building systems operations.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
