📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update our online store using platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Create engaging content for our live streams, including product presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive B2B sales through our digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure that our online store is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service to our online customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and live streaming.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our e-commerce strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, either as a store administrator or a live streaming host.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences during live streams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies.
