📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP)
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
• Monitor cash flow and budget variances
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors
• Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Reporting Officer or similar role
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
• Experience as a KAP External Auditor
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
