📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
