📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our company.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
