Home Bay Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of company events, such as team-building activities and celebrations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
