📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and support to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.,Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that our tax services are integrated with our other business offerings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on tax performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Participate in industry conferences and events, and contribute to the development of our thought leadership in the tax consulting space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong track record of success in providing tax advice and guidance to clients.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest changes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of tax consultants.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.
