Crystal Smart Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures and software.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
