📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure the efficient operation of the IT department.,Support the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using office software and IT tools.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaC++) is a plus.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzure) is a plus.Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g.CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
