Code Hub Lestari is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in managing HR documentation and compliance with labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
