📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are inspected regularly and comply with safety and environmental standards.,Handle any vehicle-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
