📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export-import processes, from documentation to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international customs regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage import/export duties, taxes, and fees.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, including classification, valuation, and release of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations in the export-import sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or customs clearance.
• Proficient in using export-import software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid CIQA (Customs and International Trade) certification is a plus.
