📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
