📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including fresh ingredients and supplies.,Prepare food for service, including plating and garnishing dishes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow kitchen procedures and policies.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in English is a plus.
