📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales team by providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
