📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and managing the daily menu.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in culinary events and special projects as required.,Support the Head Chef in developing new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
