Bengkel Rama Spareparts is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to support business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments.,Monitor and improve internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and security.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Collaborate with the audit committee to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
