📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Handle high-volume transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
