In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and control the company's budget and financial planning.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the mining industry is a plus.
