📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Manage room assignments and ensure all guest requests are met promptly.
• Provide exceptional personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the front office team to ensure all guest needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Valid ID card and the ability to work legally in Indonesia.
