📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key accounts within the home appliances sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the home appliances industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the home appliances market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
